We are conveniently located close to one of the best hop growing regions in the world. We source our wet hops from Gooding Farms Inc. in Wilder, Idaho. The hops are cut in the field just before they are put in a brew. As fresh as you can get. This year, Wet 'n Wilder, a returning favorite, will be available on draft and in CANS!

This beer is a new take on a seemingly traditional India Pale Ale. Its light body is attributed to its solid malt base. It has a floral yet piney aroma with a prevalent citrus and spicy character. It sits with a nice white head and a light yellow color. With a name like Intermountain IPA, its no wonder this beer tastes like home.
In 2014, Payette Brewing adopted Polecat Loop in the Boise Foothills Ridge to Rivers Trail System. We “Payette Forward” with our bi-annual maintenance and clean-up to preserve the trails for all the bikers, hikers and trail runners.
